For the cost of about $2300.00 for their weight loss program they should have working equipment & not turn on you when a complaint is made about things not working. Most of the hyptonist are not hypnotherapist but just people they trained for their business. This can be dangerous. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract but they do not honor what they say. In part of the initial interview they get you to cry & feel very depressed. This is what the interviewer is told to do. Read the Portland, OR reviews, I sure wish I had first! They also will highly edit anything you say or just have no record of it if it suits them. I tried to talk to the manager about problems & was bullied & lied to extensivly. I filed a complaint with the Spokane BBB & Positive Changes replied back with so many lies that I was stunned. Many people I spoke to in the parking lot are afraid to make any waves. They saw how I was treated after speaking up. You are video taped the times you are in the building so no one talks unless it's outside & ""safe"". Very Big Brother like. Also realize that for every commercial you see about success there are at least 5000 or much more that it didn't work for. The place is run like a livestock auction ring. Overall it is a very poor quality service & operation. I wonder now how the employees & management can sleep at night. I know I couldn't if I ever treated someone the way they do. SHAME ON THEM.
