I was given a gift 7 weeks ago that changed my life. My father bought my life back! I have struggle with emotional eating, sneaking food, and addicted to diet Pepsi! Food was my Drug of choice. After 19 failed ""Get skinny quick diets"" my father gave me a gift that I will always be grateful for. Positive changes has truly given me back control, comfort and peace. This is something I have not had for 15 years. My consultation with Positive changes was refreshing and promising. I felt for the first time that I found the magic key that will unlock my future. The first hypnosis was amazing. I was able to relax and let go. I let my walls down and became vulnerable to my truth, fears and addiction with food. I learned quickly that my obbsession with control could be used for good. I took control over my life that very moment. I left Positive Changes that day and have not had one drink, drop or lick of diet pepsi! That in itself is a testimony to how the power of hypnosis works. For all my family and friends that know me, know that a day in the Life of Amy does not exist unless Pepsi exsist! I have been free of Pepsi for 7 weeks and found the gym to be my new addiction. I go to bed easily every night and wake feeling new. I make the gym a huge priority (never experienced that prior to Positive Changes). I have new goals in my life. The one thing I giggle over this whole transformation in when people are puzzled by my new behavior and lifestyle. I am a beleiver and want people like me to believe to. I deserve to be happy, healthy and free of my old self, so do you!
