Since starting Positive Changes Hypnosis a little over 4 months ago I have lost a total of 25lbs. IT WORKS! This has been the easiest thing I have ever done to lose weight! All you do is follow the program, no gimmicks. The power of the mind is a wonderful thing. I feel great, I am more active, I eat better then I have ever eaten before and it's because I want to not because I have to. My eating habits have completely change, I no longer crave sweets or chocolate! Now that in itself is a big plus for me! I feel happier all the time and less stressed. It is truly amazing to me how well this program works. I am confident that I will reach my weight loss goals. Thank you Positive Changes for changing my life, for giving me my life back. I recommend Positive Changes to anyone who is ready to have their life back as well.
