Don't be fooled by a pretty showroom! Poor quality furniture, poor customer service, and poor management!!! \r

Treasure Room's will not refund or exchange their furniture, so REFUSE PRODUCT AT DELIVERY or better yet, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased almost all of my major items there, spending a good amount of time and money in the store. Michelle took care of me throughout my initial purchase. She was polite and helpful, but when it came to any complaints she was not able to help me fix any issue. \r

I live 90 minutes north of TR and needed to return two defective items totaling $300 (less than 10% of my initial purchase). When I arrived, I was greeted by another saleswoman who told me that I could not return ANY items purchased for a refund, no matter the reason or timeframe. Where was the courteousness I had once received when I had money to spend???? This saleswoman had a horrible attitude and a horrible return policy to hide behind as well! The manager Steve will do everything in his power not to address you or your issue. I ended up exchanging the merchandise for things I didn't want and didn't need. As for my the delivered furniture, it took several weeks once it was shipped to warehouse to get TR to send paperwork for delivery. A desk I ordered came with a leg about an inch too short, leaving a big gap between the top of desk and leg. We sent pictures to TR and asked for a replacement or refund... instead we got the run-around acting as if the manufacturer of the desk could do nothing but send out another replacement leg for us to put on. Yes, I am now supposed to unbolt and try to un-glue the leg on my desk and replace it with a new leg, glue and bolt. What are these people thinking????\r

Basically, If you want treated well after the purchase, find another store!!! This one is only good to you until they have your money!
