When I first visited this facility it was for an appointment. I felt like I was cattle being led to the slaughter. Rush, rush rush, it was a mad house. Forget being a human being here you are a number and a fast dollar. Two days later, needed some assistance with an issue over the phone, I was put on hold twice and it wasn't a few minutes, more like 10 min. each. Then I am told my doctor will not be in until Friday. In my mind i am thinking... What does that have to do with what i need, on the phone, now! There has to be someone capable in this office to help me, not wait for 3 days. ugh! You couldn't pay me to go back there. 2011
