I have been really disappointed in my experiences. The office staff is cold and unfriendly. They also aren't available by phone for about 1 1/2 hours during lunch (when people who work work would typically call to schedule appointments). Why can't someone be available during the day to answer phones? You have a big staff - stagger your lunch periods. It's impossible to see a doctor. If you don't call them back immediately (because you already gave them the information that they are requesting) they quickly send you a nasty letter saying if you don't call they will cancel you getting services. They've messed up my charts. If you need to miss an appointment due to no fault of your own, they charge you without 24 hours notice (and from the reviews below, if you don't pay immediately, they send collections after you). I""m really disappointed. I expect more from a service that I""m paying for.
