I have been going to this office since I was about eleven. I absolutely love it. The staff are very kind and helpful, the doctors are very patient and understanding. Whenever I have needed to come in for an appointment, I always am seen that very day, they are very accommodating. Generally I see Doctor A. Pohlman, and I wouldn't switch for the world.
Also, the doctor's office has a great answering service for after-hours and on weekends, where they take messages to leave for the doctors, can give updates to them, and even get you the on call doctor if you really need him/her. The office also very comfortable and not at all scary for the littler kids; it is very clean as well.
I have never had an issue with billing, so I am not sure what the other rater's had done incorrectly, but I can assure you that I've never had a problem!
