During the weekend rainfall, my roof have started leaking, after calling UNC emergency line and playing tag games with UNC management, I was able to get UNC to promise me that they will come following Monday. Took day off work and sterted to wait.. Mean while leak on my roof became bigger and bigger.. Nobady came this day.. It took UNC 4 days to deal with my emergency roof situation. Spot on my cealing from the small became humangous..\r

When I confronted UNC , they told me that this is not their problem and they are not liable for any damage

Cons: Very poor service. Telling lies to a customer
