Review content:
The property manager Rosanne never respond to you unless you call her boss Ron at the office. Nothing gets done. Rosanne only call you to complain she works hard, and she's so busy. If you talk to Ron, you will feel even more upset. He talks to you like you were his employees, and still, nothing is done at the end except that Rosanne finally calls you with her complaints. The association fee increase every year since I started to live here 3 years ago, but they do not serve in tenents' interest. I have lived in other communities before, but this one is the worst! I am in the process to find another place to stay. My best advise to you: DO NOT LIVE IN ANY PROPERTY HANDLED BY UNC.
Cons: expect nothing
