Review content:
I've stayed in some not-so-great apartment, but this was beyond the worst. The others were at least clean and safe, if old. Regency Premier is absolutely disgusting. The roaches are there to stay, despite multiple sprayings (the whole complex is infested), there is a problem with mold, and the stuff actually falls off of fans and A/C units in clumps. I also found out I had an improperly installed gas stove, and it was a huge safety hazard. Besides all of this, the place is located in an unattractive, trashy area. Steer clear of Regency Premier (should be their new slogan).
Cons: Roaches, mold problems, safety issues...
