Review content:
Cathy needs to do a refresher course on Customer Service. I will never again overpay for a cake that can and is duplicated in SEVERAL other bakeries. I was treated with much disregard because I only needed a small cake on one occasion vs. when I ordered one that served 100 people in the past. Dramatic difference in attitude from the man handling the orders. They told me they use buttercream frosting and they do not. He argued that with me saying it was the same you get anywhere else. Told me they would not and do not do custom frosting or decorations...hello? Have they seen their website? Obviously not, they could not navigate me or themselves around it to take a look at a cake I wanted to order. They feel they are above you and your valuable time. They think they are the only ones working hard and with needs. Their customers have the true needs and the business exists to answer to those needs, wake up! No more money from me and my families.
Pros: cake tastes good, same as many do
Cons: rude, liars, elitists
