My dealings with Marlo and the sales and service team were very streamlined. I purchased a Kenwood car stereo at the Black Friday private sale that was not in stock. It was held for me until the date of installation without problems. I had purchased some incorrect speakers for the rear of my 1999 Chevy Silverado and the exchange for the correct units was also without hassle. The system sound great and I'm very satisfied.
