At first there was some error of what I wanted done, and once the manger came back, he heard about it and called me right away and gave me top notch service. They went above and beyond my expectation to fix the error from my first visit. They offered to upgrade my keyless remote, but I was interested to buy another service they offered, and they cut me a great deal, to compensate the last error. But not only did they offer that great deal,they (Phillip & Jim) shuttled me back to where I needed to go and they pick me up once they finished. And then Marlo, the manger himself assisted on the install and answered my questions I had. In addition the other installer (Scott) assisted with a car problem that was not related to the install. But more importantly it wasnt the deal they cut me that made this experience the best, it was the fact that they contacted me after they saw my concerned review, and made sure they took the responsibility of making it right. Thank you, guys for your hard work of excellence, and your commitment to customer service. I look forward to recommending and sharing my experience with everyone that needs an install.
