Review content:
Jen, the manager, offers freebies before signing contract. Once contract was signed she did not remember what she offered and denied it was ever offered. She said before signing the contract if I wasn't happy with what I have we can always change it. Well that was a bunch of BS--she didn't even try to work with me. I live 45 minutes away and drove to AL FOUR times and was sent home for one reason or another. They also kept rescheduling my appts. and I ended up losing in the end. I paid $1,000 for Velashape and Microdermabrasion procedures, but after so many scheduling conflicts on their part, they didn't keep track and they said I was done with my contract. Jen then had the nerve to blame Isabella for all the scehduling conflicts and said to me not to be surprised if Isabella was fired because their were so many complaints about her. I did not care what their problems were in the office and it was very unprofessional of Jen to say that to a customer when in the end it was Jen's fault. She says whatever it takes for you to sign the contract, but then doesn't care about customers. Cons: Jen (Manager)
