The San Mateo office has been a pleasure to do business with. The new manager Nicole even recognized my voice over the phone!\r

I have had my treatments done by 3 different technicians and they were all a pleasure to chat with and get to know. \r

It is a very professional yet friendly atmosphere. My safety is clearly a priority for the staff and they make me feel very comfortable every time I'm in.\r

The terrible old reviews were obviously because of the last manager who is no longer there. Nicole is great at her job. \r

My experience at the San Mateo location has been amazing and I love that the staff is just as excited as I am about my lazer hair removal treatments. The service truly deserves nothing short of 5 stars. In fact, I just called today to change an appointment and they were entirely accommodating. :)
Pros: extremily sweet and personable staff (all of them!)
Cons: expensive but this is unavoidable and not a con :)
