About 2 months ago, the hinge on my laptop was broken by my 2 year old. I have used the computer since then without issue (other than the broken hinge). I visit the Roswell location on Friday and spoke to the owner's son Ali. He assured me that they could do a diagnosis to order the parts, and that I could pick the computer up on Saturday afternoon. This is my work laptop and I reinforced how important it was to me and that I would be there on Saturday to pick this up. Well, on Saturday at 2:30 pm the store was closed and I and another customer left after trying the door. I called the phone number on the door to no avail. I then called the Norcross store and a technician indicated they would call him and have him call me to set expecations and address the issue. A whole day and half have gone by and still no call. If I could reach someone, I would advise them not to do anything and I would take my business elsewhere. They do advertise they are open on Saturdays and Ali assured me they'd be there. Pretty awful so far.
