I think Rich Designs has a beautiful antique and fine art boutique, yet they should stay out of the floral business. Not all customers are treated equal here. I had gone in to get a small arrangement for my daughter's teacher for a thank you gift. I was greeted with a smirk when they found out I wanted to spend\r
""only $50"" . One of my good friends ordered party flowers only to find out that she was swept aside because\r
of a funeral that was going on to generate more income. They had the party order for two weeks! I will never use the florist end of Rich Designs. Too much attitude for me. I had found another florist with far better customer service!
Pros: beautiful antiques and art
Cons: they need to stick with what they know....not flowers.
