Review content:
Short version. Well we had a copper water line spring pin holes last Saturday. Too many to patch. Called a local plumber he was supposed to be out here Thursday. Never showed or called. Called this company and they sent someone out Friday. Was new to the company and didn't quite know what he was doing. The companies excuse was he was new. Line busted 10 times worse than the original leak Friday Night. Company came back out Saturday and kept making excuses for original man they sent. Saying he was in a truck that had been sitting and what he fixed the plumbing with they no longer were supposed to use. They did fix it and it took them 20- 30 mins. Thing is it took the man they originally sent took 3 hours to repair the line which burst later and was worse! The original plumber busted the pipe that was there originally that he was supposed to hook on to. That took him another hour to fix! They charged us 3 hours labor on a job that should have taken 1! We wound up paying for his incompitence as well as the damage he did to the original line trying to fix the original problem. Charged us 286 bucks and some change! They charge 91 bucks an hour! We had to pay 180 extra for his idiocy! We complained to them but they just kept making excuses. I will never ever use them again. This used to be the company I'd turn to in the past and they used to do a great job. They've always been expensive but usually did the job right. Not this time. They get a solid F from me. They did return and correct the problem but not before costing us more water and lots of stress.
