I have been a member of Spectrum for several years and have loved every minute of it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place always looks great...especially with all of upgrades that have taken place! New big screen plasma television sets, internet cafe, brand new equipment, and even a new rewards program! But the BEST part is the quality of personal training Spectrum has to offer. I recently worked up the courage to consult a trainer regarding my exercise routine and have been amazed with the results I've seen! I've lost weight, feel stronger, and have so much more energy at the end of the day! I DEFINITELY recommend Spectrum to anyone interested in working with a trainer or just a great place to workout!
