I definitely love the store part. They have SO much to offer ~ it's like being a kid in Toy Joy! I'll have to agree that the customer service is lacking. Although the store part is AMAZING, I'm still not sure about the bakery side. \r
I had my wedding cakes made here. After specifically addressing some issues with the baker (Kristie), she assured me that my idea would work & turn out beautiful. When I went to pick up my cake (an hour before the wedding!), all of my fondant hearts had slid down my cake creating a red mess. I had asked her when placing my order if fondant would be too heavy with the whipped icing, but she said it would be fine. It was horrible. Luckily, she 'attempted' to fix the problem. Hours later at the reception they had slid down again, but everyone thought that it was the effect I was going for I guess. I have photos & it was not pretty to me. =( The cake itself was not as good as I thought it would be either. But I have returned to order a birthday cake because it's too big of a task for me. We'll see how this one turns out & I'll be back to update my review.
Pros: Awesome selection of baking items!
Cons: Customer service, professionalism, poor baker
