I had to remove my child from this facility after less than one half a day, because as I was leaving I overheard the staff refuse to take my 2 year old potty- training child to the bathroom when she asked to go. They said ""It isn't time to go to the potty now. We do that later."" How is a 2 year old supposed to hold in urine until it is a convenient time for the staff? There is no bathroom for the kids inside the classroom, so your child is fully dependent on staff to walk them down the hall when they have to go. Ridiculous! Oh, and to make matters worse, the director not only acknowledged that this is normal procedure (to not bring kids to the bathroom during certain times of the day that are ""too busy""), but she even refused to give us any of our money back until we legally threatened her. Bad experience all around.
