I''ve been a patient for over ten years and the long wait in the waiting room finally got to me. There's no reason why every time I have an Appt, I have to wait 1hr or more. Even when I call ahead of time to ask if I'l be seen on time and they say yes, I have to wait! Parking is not easy either. Other than that Dr Mann is Ok.
