I just had a recent hearing and what decision that she makes is not smart. How you going to give the other party visitation rights after having a domestic violence report on them? Then, you tell her that the other party is an alcoholic and gets violent when they have had a few drinks in their system and all she has to tell him is not to drink in front of the child. Hello!!!! It's football season, the father lives with his homeboy and you really think he's going to watch football without drinking?!! I am going to take your advice and try to request another job or get an attorney if mediation does not work out because this is ridiculous. I thought she knew the Nevada laws. I thought if the other party does not complete the COPE class, they do not get visitation until they have been completed. Does this make any sense to anybody????
