Review content:
RCS is more focused on the junior program than the membership. The indoor courts feature a leaky roof, bad lighting and a fee to use the bad lighting. Management is more the sort you'd find at a public facility than a professional club. It would be great to see the facility get its' act together.
Pros: indoor courts provide shelter and warmth in winter
Cons: leaking roof over indoor courts, bad lighting, bad mgmt.
