Review content:
We came to the store on Sunday for the first time and saw that cute little kitty we wanted to adopt. We asked the store to hold on to the cat until Tuesday when we'll tell them for sure if we will want the animal. We come back on Tuesday, meet with the lady that takes care of kitties and tell her that we want to get this cat. We couldn't get it right away though because we were in the process of moving into a new apartment. Employees confirmed that they will be able to hold on to the cat until coming Sunday. We were going to do the paper work right away but realized that we didn't know our new apartment's address. We informed the store's employees that we'll be able to come back on Thursday to do the paper work and to drop off the deposit. They said it was ok to do so. We told them that we will pick up that cat on Sunday. To our surprise when we came back on Thursday to do the paper work and to drop off the deposit we were told that the cat was already adopted by somebody else. Needless to say, my husband and I were PISSED OFF and will never go to that store again!
Cons: Extremely poor communication!
