Review content:
I normally make my own travel arrangements, but decided to call around town to see if anyone could get a better price for me. Travel and Transport Inc was the only travel agency that beat the prices I already had. I usually encounter a travel agent that forgets to rent a car for me, or loses the tickets "in the mail" which is why I chose to make my own reservations. I had no problems at all. I did decide to drive over there and pick up the paperwork myself instead of taking a chance with the mail.
