I had a very bad experience at the Lotus Nails Spa today. This was my second visit to the salon. The lady was rough on my hands, rushed through the process, and then dropped me off to another lady to polish my nails so she could take another customer who came in after me without an appointment. Then the other lady got mad that I only gave her a $2.00 tip and told the first lady out loud (who just waved it off) and everyone else in the salon heard it. So when my nails were dry I got up, walked right out of there, and did not say a word. (usually I say goodbye and thank you) I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon before and will never go back there again!!! \r
