it was a friday night at ten pm and i noticed that my bulldogs eyes were swelling up . i started to panic . i decided to call my vet and pray he would answer the phone.. by some miracle he was still in the office finishing an emergency visit.. i told the doctor what was happening and he told me to come in. he was willing to wait for me !!! at that hour of the night . as soon as i got there he took us in . he knew exactly what was wrong with his eyes. my dog is fine now but i cant thank them enough . i have used the same vet for 15 years before using dr. appell .. i stopped going to them because they werent accomodationg or even caring!! i am so grateful that someone told me about this vet .. i started using them and ill never turn back.. with 3 dogs u need an honest dependable vet.
