On July 17th at 1:00 PM, I arrived at your service department with a 26 passenger Church bus having electrical issues. When I walked in the door, I met the lady at the service desk. I believe her name was Carol. She was professional and very kind. Although I did not have an appointment and was 280 miles away from home, Carol made me feel as if She had known me forever. She quickly got me checked in. The next person I met was Vern, he was also very professional taking the time to share with me the problem and the solution. I am very grateful to you and your staff for the hospitality, workmanship, Courtesy and speedy turn around you provided. Being away from home, concerned of being taken advantage of and not knowing what l might find, it was a great Comfort being in your shop. Í am glad to have pulled into your service department. We made it home safely with no more issues. Please accept and share my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to you and your staff!
