I had the misfortune of getting my vehicle stuck in a very awkward position this afternoon. The motor accelerated as I turned the key in the ignition and I ended up half-way up a small hill with my front tires locked behind a curb at the top. Luckily, no one was hurt, although my two-and-a half year old son was quite impressed. I called for a tow from Bronx Tire Center because I had been serviced by this company in the past. The serviceman arrived exactly when I was told he would, and he proceeded to very carefully examine the car and the position it had come to rest upon, in order to minimize the chance of additional damage. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Even thought it was the end of what certainly must have been a long day for him, he didn't let that compromise the high level of service he was most obviously committed to delivering. In the end, my vehicle was brought down with minimal damage, and I felt the need to convey my gratitude to Bronx Tire Center and their employee.
