A dear friend in NY passed away & I couldn't make the trip to his funeral so I selected an arrangement I found on FTD...they called within minutes to tell me that I placed my order past the cut-off & they couldn't fulfill my order! Via Google I found Nelly's Flower Shop & Katyna came to the rescue! 1st, she was very friendly, helpful & pleasant to speak to. 2nd, she talked me thru the variety of floral options I had for an ideal arrangement. Lastly, after emailing her a pic of what I had originally wanted she made some suggestions & then proceeded to WOW me with picture texts of the finished product before delivery! Needless to say that although I wasn't there in person my sentiments & sympathies were relayed in the form of an amazing floral basket that completely EXCEEDED my expectations!
Thank you Katyna & Nelly's Flower Shop for helping me express those sentiments with such short notice & delivering such an amazing arrangement promptly!
