New Year’s Day this year brought on a lot of challenges. I woke up, got my bearings and walked out to my living room to find 2 bottles of wine shattered on the carpet, their contents soaking my carpet for a good six hours. Trying to resolve this myself was pretty futile, after a couple unsuccessful trips to Home Depot to find something to mop it up- I finally called Clean 4 Clean. It was the right call; they came in, were there for under an hour and were able to restore my carpets to their original condition. Additionally, they took care of some other spots and issues from our dogs as a courtesy, something I didn’t really expect and I appreciated. In terms of customer service, these guys were top notch. In a city like Washington where it’s hard to get anyone to give you the time of day, I respected these guys attention to detail. They were no hassle, extremely professional and most of all a great buy for their services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help like I did and I most certainly will be calling them again. Alex in the office was great! never experienced a better customer service!
