Absolutely LOVE Crossfit. I joined a few months ago and the results have been fantastic. The staff is knows their stuff and are there to help you. Although the exercises may seem intimidating at first- the Crossfit team will help you by modifying any exercises that may be too difficult. I also love the camaraderie of the other Cross-fitters who are there working out with you. Overall, it's been a great experience. LOVE CFSC!
