My hair dresser moved to LA so I was forced to find a new salon. I choose this salon. Unfortunately, they are a overpriced hair cuttery. I paid over 200.00/ 230.00 with tip. to have my hair cut and 3 colors foiled. Only about 10 foils were put in my hair and coated the rest of my hair with color. I wanted dimension and I got what looked like I did a at home Loreal job. Correction - I think mine would of turned out better. Their policy was to have the girl that did it fix it even though I was not confortable with that. The owner fianlly said she would fix it...but I would have to take off of work - meaning I would loose more money. I WAS (key word) willing to give someone else a shot at becoming my new hairdresser. Unfortunately, they do not have good customer service policies and that waht is important to me.
