Review content:
In my opinion, this is the best restuarant in its price range in Portland. The food is always exellent, what I would descibe as 'comfort food' with a great range of options for veggies and meat-eaters. The cocktails are offbeat and high quality (try the Fred Astaire); the wines are carefully chosen and inexpensive. Best of all is the relaxed atmosphere and the incredibly friendly and attentive service; it almost feels like dinner with the family, only without the arguments. I cannot understand why this place isn't constantly packed! Brunch, if that's your thing, is sublime, by the way...
