I have received uniforms for the past 5 years through Aramark in Waterloo, IA. For someone whom I pay weekly for my uniforms, does a very POOR job at keeping eyes on these uniforms as they are laundried!! I sent in a week ago 3 uniform tops that had HUGE burn holes in them from work and they get sent right back to me that way and also had buttons missing and were not replaced! Two weeks ago, I sent in similiar uniforms and I also got those back just like they were as well. I place them in the repair bin with repair tags on them and I get no repair or replacement when I pay out good money for this service every week.
I think this company should take a look at how they are sending their product out cause this also represents there company as well as the company that I work for!! Which later down the road could result in a lose of a customer/business!
I don't think it is appropriate to replace my damaged clothing with uniforms that have already been worn!! I want to look nice just as well as the guy whom works in the office and wears a suit and tie!!
I do not recommend this company to anyone if looking for an uniform company!! There are many more companies in the area, choose one of them!!
