I just read that someone bought a GC at a charity auction and unfortunately I did too. Gigi makes it so difficult to redeem - has to be on a tuesday, wednesday or thursday and she has very unfriendly hours. She wouldn't even come to the phone to discuss a way to accommodate me. I called one week after it expired and I was told not by her but by the receptionist because Gigi was yelling across the room in the background, that I'm sorry I cannot take an expired certificate! That was it. What a way to bring in new clients. If they treat potential clients so rudely BEFORE you walk in the door, I can imagine what they do once you are a client. I wouldn't recommend anyone start a relationship with this place. I found their customer service in poor taste.
