This is to answer two complaints about our gift certificates that are donated free to different charites.\r
We have donated over 2,000 in the past five years.\r
and two of these have complained that we couldn't \r
accept these because they had expired. This is stated\r
on the gift certificate that it will expire one year after the\r
date of the event. GiGi can't always come to the phone\r
because she is with a client performing a hair service.\r
We will work with a client if she acts in a acceptable way. Thank you GiGi
