I am very disappointed in the service. I have brought my lawn mower there for the past 5+ years for annual tune ups and service. This past weekend I had a cable break and tried to drop off today. The refused to service it since I did not purchase it there. The guy behind the counter could not have been more rude. I have purchased several items there in the past (chipper, chainsaws, concrete tools) but they could care less. \r

I ended up taking it to a different place and they could not have been more helpful... they actually fixed the cable in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. \r

I will NEVER go to Junction Equipment again... they have lost a customer for life.
