I went there to buy a bbq and was told it would be delivered ASAP....little did I know that ASAP in there mind was several weeks. When I called to inquire I was told they would deliver it when it came in and it was a black and white issue....so I should simply wait. When the owner called me to tell me it would be in whenever it was, he did not want to even listen to my concerns or acknowledge that they were misleading at all.....even though I had told the salesman I needed it that week. The owner actually hung up on me after telling me they did nothing wrong. I've been in sales for over 20 years and am shocked that this guy is still in business. Oh by the way.....it was a $1000 grill and I walked in off the street and bought it in 5 minutes...in this economy, you would think that would be desirable from a store's viewpoint. \r

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY...He is the worst !!!!!
