Review content:
These people need some classes on how to be more friendly and make patients feel comfortable. A few months ago, I went in for a basic cleaning, the woman was soo rough and kept stabbing my gums! I almost grabbed her hand a few times from the pain! I kept telling her, ""you are getting my gums!"" She acted like she didnt know, then kept dabbing the blood!! Well, I figured she wasnt the dentist, so maybe he will be better. I needed an appointment for my daughter to have teeth pulled. Terrible experience! She was only 15, they told me to stay in the waiting room, she wanted me with her. So, by the time I sat down, I'd say 10 minutes later she comes walking out like a zombie!! She was crying, and had saliva and blood dripping from her mouth. They were looking at us like we were stupid! Im like ""can I have some tissues!?"" My daughter said they numbed her, but she was yelling that she felt pain and the dentist told her ""be quiet and open up"". I think he did not wait for the novacain to set it, because she was out tooo fast for 4 wisdom teeth to be pulled!!
