I think it's funny that these negative reviews are written about Cooks Pest Control on a page that is sonsored in part by Orkin and Terninix. I am a customer of Cooks Pest control and have been for a number of years and I will tell you that i have never had these kind of problems. As a pest control customer you have free call back service so i know you would not have been charged for an additional service, I NEVER have been. As for the deal about not calling first, I too have a fence with dogs out back and I also like for them to call me first and they always do. However, I have been out of town when my service was to be done and I could not call them back so they did jump my fence, so what!!!, my technicial did what he had to in order to get my service done on time.Speaking of my technician, he is clean, neatly dressed and polite each visit and when he is not able to be there for what ever reason his helper is just the same. I have used Cooks for both my pest and termite service for over 11 years now and would not and will not ever change.
Pros: always on time and polite
