I purchased a modular home from Northwestern in May 2007. When it was delivered and set in August 2007, it was missing items which had been contracted and paid for. Northwestern refused to correct the shortcomings and refused to complete the siding, fascia and soffit they were responsible for per the contract or to even respond to my calls once they had my check in their hands.
Pros: Deal seemed good on paper
Cons: They didn't fulfill their end of contract
