I can only praise Bill for his professionalism and knowledge. As soon as I signed a contract his workers started and within 3 days my back and front yard were completely installed, pavers, realistic turf lawn, removing old plants, planting new plants and installing new watering system. In addition to a great price, extremely speedy installation, I got wonderful customer service and very professional treatment. \r

Worst customer Service. I was happy at the beginning with the installation of the landscaping and even added pictures. However, after 1 1/2 months I noticed that some of the plants didn't look very good and I contacted Bill asking to have the watering system checked. I hand-watered and called numerous times to have some check on the system. Finally after another 3 months someone showed up; now 1/3 of the plants are dead. He fiddled around for a while and than promised to come back in a few day, replace some of the dead plants and check on the watering system. This was 2 months ago and I am still waiting. Despite their bad references, I wanted to give the company a chance, and have to admit that I now regret it. I would never recommend them; don't trust their word.
