Despite its name, Lakeside Inn is no more a seafood restaurant than it is an actual inn with sleeping accommodations. What you'll find is a warm, receptive atmosphere and a splendid view in the glass-enclosed dining room patio. Good food and honest service make the dining experience enjoyable.\r

The bar has a charm all its own, where more than one visit will earn you status as another beloved regular. There's even some kind of frequent dining program that seems to pay you for each visit. That kind of deal, in the heart of the 'burbs, makes any casual evening out time and money well spent.
