When you're in a situation where you need a bail bondsman, the last thing you need is for the bondsman to be rude.
After paying Big Boyz $300, they said that it would take 8-10 hours to bail the person out. The next day, after the person hadn't been released, family and friends called the Big Boyz office to inquire about what had happen. The woman who answered the phone was very rude, she informed us that because ""their systems were down"" that they were unable to bail out this person the night before. The individual stayed in the booking center for two nights because of the Big Boyz' technical difficulties. The worst part, was their attitude about the whole thing -- there was never an apology.
I would never recommend this company to anyone in need of a bail bondsman.
