I was really surprised to read negative reviews of Edible Art. I've been going there for years, and have always had a great experience. Everyone I know loves their cakes, both for the way they taste and for how beautiful they are. Just like week I got a birthday cake there for a friend. I received good customer service on the phone, and in person. When I went in to order it, i was offered samples of all the cakes they bake--AMAZING. And when I picked up the cake, there were no problems at all and it was absolutely beautiful. They even offered to carry it to the car for me. This is a great bakery with amazing cakes and nice people.
Pros: Amazing cakes, great customer service
Cons: It's not cheap
