Review content:
Brad, the owner, is a great salesman. Too bad what he promised was no where near the real outcome. Professional on-site supervision is promised on every job - - that NEVER happened. When the ""crew"" did show up, (they were 2 hours late on the first day) no one could speak English and this made explaining what needed to be done pretty challenging. Brad said someone who was fluent in English would always be on the job - - not true. The work on my deck is 9 months old, the replaced boards are already warped and look worse then they did before they were replaced. The quality of the work was very poor. I would try and get my money back or repairs made; but, then I would have to deal with First Aid Painting again! - - and it's just not worth it. The owner of First Aid should go sell used cars, think it would be fitting.
Cons: what is promised is NOT delivered, poor workmanship
