I have lived at Timber Creek for a very long time, which I regret. Whoever hires the leasing agents at this complex has no sense of quality or customer service and ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM. I AM LEAVING when my lease is up because the leasing agents are so RUDE to the tenants .They dont care if your fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors arent working .They do NOT care about people.THEY just want the RENT!!!!!!! There have been carbon monoxide leaks and SHE at the office could care less about our lives because she knows many have broken detectors and doesnt care.She yells and is so ignorant when dealing with tenants.She is always threatening to evict people and has NO BUSINESS ETHICS! She has no place running that office.Its obvious by all the empty units.Its not just the roaches , Its the way she treats human beings.Laundry room always filthy and machines always broken and never fixed..I wonder if the owners know how she treats their tenants.She makes the place a LIVING HELL! DO NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE leasing with this kind of management...You will definately be sorry ! AS long as I lived here I cant remember once that she ever was nice to me or any of my neighbors.Everyone talks about how NASTY she is and we all want out because of her!!!!! I regret the day I ever signed the lease with management as BAD and as inexperienced as she is.I hate giving 1 star to this place .Its NOT even deserving of that star..
