Review content:
Absolutely one of the worst experiences as a consumer I have ever dealt with. Being completely new to the yoga environment, I stopped by and requested to do a 'trial class' with my fiancee. It was explained to me that there was an introductory offer (which I was interested in) and/or a drop in fee, but I again explained that I would like to try a class before I commit to do anything. It was explained to me that I could do so and figure out what I want to do after the class. I simply wanted to see what it was all about, determine what I thought and determine if it was something I could handle and/or like. Considering I was about 2 days off of an upper respiratory infection, a half hour into the class, I decided it would be better to step out and not over do it. Needless to say, I didn't expect that everything would be easy the first time and I was still interested in doing the trial membership - that is until my interaction with the ""owner/director"" Elliot having stepped out of the class (which was not even half way complete). Instead of discussing with me what I thought / felt / would like to do, he ultimately demanded payment for my trial class. After reiterating my pre class request, he told my fiancee and I to ""get the F^%$ out"". Let's just say I told him it wasn't a good way to attract new business and upon stepping back into the facility to gather my information sheet, he proceeded to harass me over the issue even upon explaining that I was interested until the treatment I received. Keep in mind a class less that half complete was still going on while he neglected his current clientele. Good luck with this guy should you brave the place, but I'll be looking elsewhere and suggest you do too.
